Last night my buddy Fletcher came over and we had lots of fun.

A good week

This was a really good week. Today is the first day of spring and the whole week was the most beautiful weather I've ever seen! (Well, at least in my 6 months of life so far...) Last night we walked down to a free concert at Auditorium Shores - part of the South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival. We caught the end of Cold War Kids and most of M. Ward. I met my buddy Aiden there and we had fun sitting up and looking at each other.

I'm very excited because this week I started sitting face forward in the stroller, and I love looking out to see everything as we walk.

Now where's the lever to deploy my parachute on this thing?

I like to feel the wind on my tongue.

This is fun!

Finally, I've been practicing sitting up in my booster chair. Mom says I am the happiest baby she's ever seen.

Tia Rosana's visit

Last weekend I met my "Tia" Rosana, who I fell in love with immediately. She was so nice to me and so I gave her lots of hugs.

We went out to a fun restaurant in the warehouse district. Tia knows how to party!

And she gives good hugs too.

Wait a sec, where's MY pie?

6 month stats

Today was our 6-month checkup and here are the stats:

• weight 18lbs 13oz (75th percentile)
  
• height 26" (50th percentile)
  
• head: 45cm (90th percentile!!!)

Now we know why it's taking Quinn so long to roll over... it's that giant brain.

6 months old!

I can't believe I'm 6 months old already! Yesterday on my birthday I wore my new turtle shirt and jacket...they are size 12months. Mom and Dad took me to Hutto, TX for pie and to see the famous Hutto Hippo. We met my good buddies Fletcher and Aiden there. Tia Rosana also visited us (but that's a posting for another day...) Enjoy!

Whew, FINALLY! Mom and Dad left the room for a second - I've been dying to know how this ends.

Better late than never

Mike and I hosted a reunion recently of our birthing class parents and babies. I know most of you have already seen the postings from Aiden, Fletcher and Zoe. But here are a few more fun pictures of the babes:
